I have lost over 300 pounds…25 pounds when I was in the service…gained 30 within a year of discharge…lost 20 pounds at the gym…gained 30 when the fast food place opened down the street…lost 10 pounds every January for years until the New Year’s resolutions gave way to February cabin fever from winter’s depression and fatty comfort food…I was looking for simple ways to lose weight and keep it off for good.

If diets were really meant to work then you would hear of more people who successfully used them and lost weight, and most important, kept the extra weight off.  But what you really hear is your friends complaining that they’ve been starving themselves to death — yet still have trouble losing a single pound!

Most doctors earn their living off people that are sick, and know you will get sick again.  Authors of diet books want to sell you their next diet book, and another (Hint – it is about the money). Stores want you to buy low fat foods, then an exercise machine, and diet pills, and…and…and.  That is how they make money.
